Overview

Good commercial architecture is clear, efficient and memorable.

A commercial building has to earn its keep. Floor plates must be efficient, circulation obvious, services well planned and the frontage strong enough to be noticed. We design for all of these at once.

Mixed-use developments add another layer: living, working and leisure must coexist comfortably. Industrial spaces demand optimised layouts for processes, movement and safety. Each type gets the same careful, practical thinking.
