What services does Design Innovations offer?
Architectural design for residential, commercial, mixed-use and industrial buildings; interior design for homes, offices, retail and hospitality spaces; landscape architecture; urban planning and master planning; and support with building permissions and regulatory compliance. See all services.
How does a project begin?

What should I prepare before our first meeting?
Useful items include the site address or location, any plot or survey drawings you have, ownership documents, photographs of the site, a list of the spaces you need and an idea of your budget and timing. Do not worry if you do not have everything; we can help identify what is needed.
Can you take on only part of a project?
Yes. Services such as interior design, approval drawings or layout planning can be commissioned on their own. Many clients choose end-to-end services, but the scope is always agreed with you.
02 / Design and approvals
What are the stages of a typical project?
Listening and site study, concept and planning, design development, technical drawings and approvals, coordination and execution, and handover. Read more about our design process.
Do you help with building permissions?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and documentation needed and help you obtain the permissions and approvals required from the relevant authorities for construction and land use. Requirements vary by location and project type, and we review them early in the design.
Do you consider sustainability in your designs?
Yes. Orientation, shade, daylight, ventilation and suitable materials are considered from the first sketches. Read about our sustainable design approach.
Do you coordinate construction?
We can coordinate with contractors and vendors during execution and monitor quality and timelines. The level of involvement during construction is agreed for each project.
