The brief

Compact city living, without compromise.

Designed for a narrow urban plot, the three-level home maximises vertical space while maintaining visual lightness. The brief called for space, natural light and ventilation for city life, without giving up the privacy that every urban home needs.

This residence is not just a structure; it is a statement of modern urban living, where simplicity meets smart design.

The design

Clean lines, warm shadows.

  • 01A facade of glass and timberThe facade is a composition of clean lines, full-height glass panels and vertical wooden louvres, adding both warmth and privacy. The natural elements create a dynamic play of shadow and lend a sophisticated rhythm to the elevation.
  • 02Indoors and outdoors, on every floorOpen terraces, recessed balconies and transparent railings create an effortless indoor-outdoor connection across all floors.
  • 03Light, air and privacyThe villa offers spatial clarity, natural light and ventilation without compromising on privacy, which is essential for city homes.
  • 04A hard-working ground floorThe ground floor accommodates multi-functional spaces, blending utility with aesthetics through refined material palettes and sleek screening.
